Founded in February 2016 in Mysuru by Managing Director Malayanuru Sudhindra Rao, the company is ISO 9001:2015 certified and meets Bureau of Indian Standards part 814. Within two years it became one of the leading manufacturers of mild steel electrodes in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.
Our main brands, Fuzion and Velarc, reach customers through a dealer network, with the founder taking an active role in marketing. We maintain a safe workplace and operate responsibly with no harmful emissions.

Known in the industry as “Rao Saab”, a Mysore University alumnus, he began in construction at Gannon Dunkerley and Co., then joined Maruthi Electrodes in 1986 as a chemist and mastered electrode manufacturing.
He helped establish several electrode companies, including Pushpak Industries, DEPL and DWT, and advised other units on technical and marketing matters.
